How to enhance Memory Power

Good health is the basis of our good memory power.  To keep your brain active and fresh, daily physical exercise and pure air are necessary.


The more effort you make out to exalt memory power, the more it will improve.We get knowledge of this world through our sense organs. Therefore, it is necessary to keep them alert.


 Whenever, you wish to remember anything, be clear and open about it. Similarly, if you wish to remember a name of a person, write it down on a paper when alone.  Thereafter, connect his name with the object.

Symptoms of a Healthy and Unhealthy lifestyle

A person who is physical, mentally and spiritually healthy leads a natural way of living. Whereas, a person who is unhealthy has many shortcomings in his health.

Laughing and smiling has always been the great attribute that anybody would like to conquer for the entire life. Yet, it seems little difficult with the ongoing troubles and the anxiety in our daily life, may be at home, in your office or anywhere else. For example, it does not mean to keep laughing in if I have lost my expensive watch or my new boss is making my life worst. We cannot keep on laughing all the time. But yes it can be an effort to tackle our problems with ease and live the life with less tension and efforts with just a smile on your face.


It has not been given a section in the formal study by the experts; however, we must not have ever seen a case of illness due to laughing, or someone whose health has deteriorated due to laughing or remaining happy.Certain examples in our daily life that proves as a stress buster for us are associated with this phenomenon; laughing or you call it as smiling.After an exhausting day of work, when I witness the smile of my daughter, all my anxiety and fatigue evaporates instantly. The same way, we all must have seen some or the other instances where a little smile or a loud laughter has shown wonders to pull us out from a tiring schedule of busy lifestyle or a period of tension.Thus, keeping oneself happy, keep smiling, and laughing out loud can help you to get rid of lot of problems easily and steadily.


We spent our entire life to find peace and happiness around us.  And, smile and laughter are known to bring peace of mind, a little escape from the existing worries, the power to think positive, bring calmness in oneself and overcome anger and to fight the problems easily. Apart from this, it is said that laughing can aid in saving from heart diseases or curing oneself from heart ailments. It is also known as a source to keep oneself young for a longer period than those who live with more tension and anxiety. Laughing loudly is believed to work like a medicine in many kinds of stomach disorders. 

Moreover, a person, who is always cheerful, is dear to everyone. If one wants to remain healthy, laughing loudly can be a medicine for them. Apart from laughing, it is necessary to keep your soul happy that would keep you always in a positive frame of mind and bring hope for the best to come.Make an effort to be smiling naturally while talking, and all the time.

Should a woman be answerable for the way she dresses?



Dressing is one of the key elements in establishing a good impression in any field whether personal or professional. The act of judging people is mostly driven by the way they dress up, how tidy they are and which kind of dresses they choose for themselves. However, dressing can never be presumed as the cause or a source to criticism.

Now-a-days, where we witness women reaching the height of success and development, hand –in- hand with the men, we also witness the harshness of some cluster of people on women for various reasons especially the way they dress up. Where the world is moving ahead to success and development with the aid of modernisation, women are still expected to be stagnant with the old beliefs and lifestyle.

Let us elaborate the matter with the below points:

  1. With the freedom to think independently, the women should also be given the liberty to decide her comfort and lifestyle.
  2. Women should never be held responsible or accountable for any anything incorrect based only on the way she dresses.
  3. Holding the tradition and the culture of the society, a woman can still be a part of the modern-day world and there is nothing wrong in it. 
  4. When an attire of women drives the unethical thoughts of men to hurt her, we can never blame her dress or the way of living for it.Rather it is the men and his thoughts that needs to be corrected.
  5. Women can never be put as a prey to the common myths and the narrow-mindedness of a mere section of the society.

To close further, people hold different opinion about a woman wearing a dress of her choice or adapting the modern lifestyle.

However, the only thing every sensible person would agree to the issue that it is a woman’s right to dress the way she wants and looks beautiful without being vulgar.

Success and development in a society can never be driven by being prejudiced that we hold for our own satisfaction. Thus, as everything is in the process of development and improvement, we also need to come out of the comfort zone with our myths and beliefs that we are holding only in case of women.

On the other hand, the women should also be thoughtful enough to judge between vulgarity and standard of lifestyle. Indecency can never be regarded as modernisation or being modern.

In case of women they should look for clothes that are not over exposed, with very short hemlines, deep neck styles, and uncomfortable inners. Your dress apart from being beautiful; should also be comfortable and look good.


Therefore, it is a need of time to think over again that whether women choosing a modern way of living must change or the people who fall a prey to criticism and lacks the ability to think like an educated human need to alter.

Can broken hearts find the way back again?


A breakup happens for a reason. However, if the breakup between two people was merely on the grounds of some normal things, they should certainly think of getting back as the person who was with you so long knows you better than anybody else and his or her stay would always give you a point to enjoy life. 

But, if the breakup was owing to a kind of rejection, the situation then becomes very tense for him/her and will see them crying. He would be crawling into a hole for months together as it needs time to get over the emotional breakups. 

Though the basic principle after the breakup is that when one of them are discarded, he/she should leave that person alone and never give any sort of sign that you are crying for him. Once it is over, it’s over. 

As far as getting back is concerned, if the guy rejects you, you should not try to patch up or go back to him because there is no promise that he will not do that to you again. 

Everyone whoever has been in love with somebody always has a hard time taking over the past. There are also people, who after a breakup want to hang on in the relation and allow them to keep being rejected again and again. 

What is important is that some people hurt those more than face rejection and this causes a lot of mental strain and humiliation to them. Hence, they should be brave enough to fight the situation. 

Rather, one should hold his/her head high and continue a sense of self-worth to let others think that you are not a  masterpiece of metal that can be seen and rejected. Be careful next time and do not permit anyone to reject you anymore.
