Symptoms of a Healthy and Unhealthy lifestyle

A person who is physical, mentally and spiritually healthy leads a natural way of living. Whereas, a person who is unhealthy has many shortcomings in his health.

The comparison between a Healthy and Unhealthy   person is as under:

Sound Sleep Lack of sound sleep
On walking in the morning, the Body is energetic and enthusiastic. Abnormality in physical activity.
The stool is solid, clean and regular  .                   Stool is loose or in lumps.
Natural appetite                                  Loss of Appetite
Get to work actively the entire day. Getting tired fast
The belly is not protruding .                       

 Belly protrudes.
Intoxicating products causing addiction are not desired. Gets addicted to intoxication products.
The mind is and the heart is happy.  Negative thoughts.
The capacity of  working  for hours.

Unable to concentrate on anything due to ill health.
Interested in creative activities. Always remain involved in destructive things.
Patience, sweetness, and the ability of effective listening. Always irritated, frustrated and impatient.
Glowing face. Unhealthy skin with spots.
Eyes are bright and fearless. Swelling above the eyes,below the eyelids, between the eyebrows, and dark circles.
Always cheerful. Easily gets angry.
Feels young and vigorous. Lethargic body .
All physical activity is normal. Headache and other health complaints.
