How to enhance Memory Power

Good health is the basis of our good memory power.  To keep your brain active and fresh, daily physical exercise and pure air are necessary.


The more effort you make out to exalt memory power, the more it will improve.We get knowledge of this world through our sense organs. Therefore, it is necessary to keep them alert.


 Whenever, you wish to remember anything, be clear and open about it. Similarly, if you wish to remember a name of a person, write it down on a paper when alone.  Thereafter, connect his name with the object.
